Epic Mountain Gear, founded in 2014, has re-imagined the mountain retail experience for skis, snowboards, and bikes in Aurora, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Frisco, Littleton, Park Meadows and Westminster. These ski shops in the winter and bike shops in the summer, will continue to provide exceptional customer service and expertise, carry the best brands of mountain gear and provide services that include rentals, tunes, the Junior Trade Program and more. They will also provide access to an Epic service desk, which will sell and reprint Epic Pass products as well as lift tickets, ski school lessons and Epic Discovery passes.

- CNCurtis NewellAug 15, 20262.0I took my bike there for a rear caliper brake replacement 2 weeks ago. They told me it would be ready in one week. Unfortunately they ordered the wrong part. Told me they got the right part ordered and it would be ready in a week. Called them after a week and they told me the part was still on order and said IF it comes in on the following Monday it SHOULD be ready by the end of that day. At that point I was totally frustrated and went over picked the bike up, took it straight over to a smaller local repair shop dropped it off and had it back fully repaired and ready to ride in 3 hours. I am giving them 2 stars only because the folks working there were very courteous, but as far as the repair department goes they are horrible! Don’t know where the issue/problem exists there but there are obvious issues they need to address.

I'm in a wheelchair and have gone through a lot of stuff with my tires bubbling up and popping and tubes not doing their thing and everything under the sun and recently I was in a really bad situation and if it wasn't for Roddy I'm not sure if it would have went as well as it did for me. Not only did he fix the problem for me but was kind, respectful, diligent and sympathetic. Heck, he didn't even charge me! What an absolute great guy and great employee, you guys really have a special employee with Roddy. Thanks again

Worked with Everett and he spent so much time educating, sizing, and fitting for boots, skis, goggles for first time ski buyer. Highly recommend. Outstanding customer service and competitive prices. Next time we are in Boulder - we will be back for more.
