  We celebrated my son’s birthday at Lucky Strike this Sunday, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. My son and his friends had an absolute blast — the energy, the atmosphere, and the setup were perfect for a birthday celebration. Everything ran smoothly, and the environment was fun, clean, and well organized. A special thank you to Mark and Katherine for delivering exceptional customer service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness truly stood out. It’s rare to see that level of care and quality service. We celebrate here often, and experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back. You can definitely expect us again next year. Highly recommended.

  My group went here a couple of weeks ago. The parking lot is small and Google's directions to enter were awful, but the experience was great. The kids had a blast and staff was super chill and kind.

  Reservation started right on time, staff was very kind and helpful. It was very busy but service was quick. Would recommend a reservation but was able to make online very easily. Will be back.

  Visited this location for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised. The location has been through a couple of management changes and this was a great update. Having visited years ago, I never had plans to return. However, I was running by one day and saw the change to the name and thought it might be time to visit. It was great. We were greeted upon our entry and our reservation was ready. We had great service and will be returning. Thanks to Elena and her staff!

  My wife and I visited for the first time yesterday and we were impressed with the level of service from everyone. Andrew, the assistant GM, greeted us upon arrival with a smile and was happy to accommodate our requests. He checked in on us numerous times during our 2hrs there to ensure everything was going well. Our server and the entire staff were pleasant as well. We will be returning many times to this location mainly because we were so happy with the cleanliness and high level of customer service. No one asked me to write this review but I hope Andrew and the entire team get recognized by management because this high level of customer service is a rarity nowadays. Thanks again to the entire team for making our visit enjoyable.
