His positive attitude and empathy made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Dexter absolutely deserves recognition (and a raise!) for his outstanding service.You could tell he truly cared about making this experience special and wasn’t just a paycheck to him. Good karma and good things will come Dexter way for how he made sure someone who was special needs have a wonderful day! Maryan, the manager, truly cared and took the extra effort to make sure everything ran smoothly. She checked in on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed and that our celebration was going perfectly. Iszah, our server, was amazing — he catered to every detail of our party, stayed on top of everything from food to drinks, and made sure everyone was having a great time. The staff, food, and service were all exceptional. I have no complaints — only gratitude. I’m convinced your customer service training is top-notch, and I hope every employee learns from these wonderful team members. Because of Dexter, Maryan, and Iszah, I plan to host another event here in the future. I’ve already recommended this location to so many friends and shared it on social media. My brother-in-law, Avery, will never forget this birthday — we were honestly brought to tears by how thoughtful and caring the staff were. Thank you for making his 30th birthday so special. We’re truly thankful for the compassion and effort that made this celebration one we’ll always remember. Let just say Avery already asking to go back especially for the arcade games!!
