  Thanks to everyone in the Team for help and advice on the new bike. Epic customer service rarely seen in the UK Alex and Vincent in particular where just spot on. Good set up on the new bike for me and for my daughter on her bike. Don't go anywhere else get a Poole Trek experience worth every penny 👍

  Chose to buy a Trek Domane so went to the store to enquire. Was met by a familiar face in Chris who was nothing but helpful in assisting me to make my decision. Collected the bike a week later. Hadn’t been set up, but Chris wasted no time in sorting everything out and making sure everything was great. The whole process was excellent from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

  My son was down on hols, his bottom bracket went on his BMX, we couldn't get one side off, the guys at Trek did it while we waited. No charge. What fantastic service, will be back. Thanks again all of you.
