- ASAllison SAug 5, 20265.0I’ve really enjoyed my lessons with Tony Butler at Golftec. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. I expected learning golf to be a bit daunting, but Tony has made the whole process enjoyable and much less intimidating. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great instructor.
- JLJosh LappasJul 31, 20265.0I recently booked and completed a swing evaluation at Golftec in Saskatoon. From the sign up to walking in the door, everything was really well set up and explained. The app is fairly easy to use, and the communication from Mr. Tony butler was fantastic. The Swing evaluation was definitely worth the time. Tony's insight and experience blended with the state of the art technology made the whole experience very enjoyable and insightful. Due to work commitments and life changes in the near future I wasn't able to book follow on lessons, however I definitely would. Tony really knows what he's talking about and explains everything so you know exactly what he's saying. I personally think any golfer from brand new to highly experienced would benefit from the evaluation at the very least. Overall I would highly recommend Golftec and especially Tony as a coach. Thanks Tony!

I went from knowing nothing and essentially playing putt-putt with the iron/driver, to actually developing a swing and being comfortable with friends on the golf course. The fact that Golftec technology allows you to visually see your swing to improve on it also makes for a more enjoyable overall golf experience :)

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
