  We spend a lot of money at this golf Town every year. Normally, we come in we buy we leave happy, not this time. There seem to be trouble with their internet at the cash and we were proceeding fine with the very polite gentleman at the cash but things were backing up because of the internet. Out of the blue an older gentleman comes over and tell the cashier to pass us over to him, and take over the next customer. He approaches us with a terrible attitude as if we were the problem and not his internet. My wife looked at me and said out loud what an attitude. From that point realized the way he was talking to people was not acceptable. The only reason I gave three stars was because the other people in the store tried to do their best to give us great service. But if that gentleman was truly the owner of the store he should maybe listen to way he talks to people and take a course for public relations. The store is no longer my go-to golf store. Is it possible the reason why golf town is losing and closing so many stores is because of service issued to customers is unacceptable? Coaching or education is required for this owner. Required now not later!

  J’ai eu du très bon service pour ma paire de souliers, ils ont trouvé exactement ce que je cherchais ! Je cherchais un souliers de golf imperméable, confortable de $100 et moins ! Vous êtes top les gars !!

  J’ai acheté un putter il y a 1 mois, avec de l’aide ponctuelle mais sympathique d’un employé. Aujourd’hui je suis allé acheter un sans wedge et j’aurais préféré ne pas avoir à interagir avec l’employé qui était sur place. Très froid au point que j’avais l’impression de le déranger. J’ai donc quitté sans finaliser mon achat pour ne pas l’incommoder d’avantage 😅 Évidemment les prix sont élevés comme dans tous les magasins spécialisés en golf, mais je me serai attendu à une expérience d’achat plus agréable.
