I've been a previous trek owner and shopped at this location a couple of years back. I am quite disappointed with my more recent experiences with this branch, however. While I used to experience a warm and inviting environment when checking out what's new in the shop, the new staff recently have been cold and frankly unknowledgeable and unhelpful (except Benjamin - only positive vibes from him).
I pulled the trigger on a bike that ran me $6k after tax and in asking for ETA updates, I've felt rushed and shooed away, receiving minimal information about any shipping progress.
My most recent experience stopping by to ask when my bike will arrive was met with no certain information "I don't have any information about when it will arrive". Not even a commitment to let me know when an update does come.
Frankly, for the amount that I've spent, this is unacceptable. I should in the least, not feel rushed away. I was lucky enough to have the same bike I had on order fall into my lap and was able to cancel my order.
Buying a brand new bike, especially an expensive one, is supposed to be an exciting experience, not an anxiety/frustration inducing one.

Oliver the bike technician was incredibly helpful with a fix to my bike after I not-so-successfully tried a DIY adjustment. Definitely going straight there next time my bike needs a tune up.

Excellent service !
Merci encore 👍😊

Had an unfortunate experience where a team member broke a small piece on my bike while doing service. Wasn't intentional, but wasn't offered any kind of symbolic or monetary reparation in response.
Not super cool.

Although the in-store experience was great what happened between was frankly appalling. I ordered a bike in person and was told it would be a ‘few days’. Two weeks later I called and was told ‘the bike is at blah-blah and the manager is organizing a transfer’. Another two weeks later I called back (a month’s wait now) and was told exactly the same thing. I told them that which forced the person to actually check and call me back. Turns out my bike was there all along. But they wouldn’t tell me how long it has been there.
Clearly the ‘manager transfer’ line is a lie they tell you to get you off the phone. Don’t buy it. I’m very disappointed.
