  I have bought a 3 wood and my new HiBore Driver from them. When I bought the 3 wood the salesman was courteous really helped and was a joy to work with. I just went to buy a driver. All my picks were not at the the store. Had to ask the nice lady at the front for a salesperson. Felt rushed the salesperson just felt as if he didn t care. When your spending 500$ on a driver you expect more help and more support when making a large purchase. Maybe just caught the salesperson on a bad night but really felt as if I didn't matter. Also for some reason it s plus 30 outside and in the tryout section when you hit into the screen it was even hotter. Never sweated so much on my life. Happy with my purchase yes. Customer Service was lacking .

  Went in for putter grip change, these guys saved my old one, super polite, professional, and down to earth, great experience at Golftown Laval. thanks guys.

  The girl at the register is extremely rude. She rolls her eyes at you and huffs and puffs every 2 seconds (you know who you are). Crazy attitude. Needs to be fired asap. Avoid the store altogether, they’re always out of stock. West Island store is better my a long shot.

  I ordered a black ops driver thru online golftown. It was shipped from this laval store. It arrived today and was not even the driver I ordered it was a gen 6 driver. How can someone make such a mistake. Totally careless. The driver was just jammed in box with no plastic or paper to protect the driver during shipping. Will never have anything to do laval golftown again. NO EXCUSES
