  The most unhelpful staff in the village. Came in for an emergency pedal issue, I just needed to tighten it, because it came loose. Although they the girl had the tool in her hand, she wouldn't allow me to use it for just 5 seconds. "Liability issues" blah blah blah and some excuse. I clarified my bike was with me and I could do it right here, in front on her. Nope, still was not willing to help. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. The staff vibe doesn't fit with the spirit of Whistler. Literally every other store we encountered in the village the past several days was always more than willing to help with anything and were super nice. Bunch of gremlins here in the Salomon store.

  I was in need of a new pair of boots and was recommended by a mate to go and see Chris at Solomon. He helped me choose the right pair of boots for my skiing ability and foot size. The custom boot fitting was brilliant and for the extra money, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get the most out of their ski boots. Chris clearly has a lot of experience and is an expert at what he does and spent a lot of time making sure the fitting was perfect for me.

  Good store. Why do they not make non-goretex hiking shoes anymore? Either way- Shout out to Ben P for good representation of Salomon
