  Holy Moly. Seriously, this is the best shop in the world. I came in, and was warmly welcomed by a shop mechanic, his smile was like a ray of sunshine piercing through the overcast day. I had a serious problem, and they took care of me quickly, kindly, and made me feel like the most special person in the whole world. If everyone is against GBB, I’m for them, if everyone’s for them, so am I, and if they have no supporters than I am dead. GBB for life for their uplifting and kind spirit like no other.

  Doesn't believe in stocking any brand above size XL or 36. Not a single one. Same year after year. Their inventory system doesn't even let staff search for products. Do better GBB. I'd recommend almost ANY other bike shop over than this one, it truly is the bottom of the barrel.

  We’ve been at the bike park riding about a week and stopped here every day for a drink. My kid demands a smoothie after riding. All the people working here are totally cool except for one. We bought a drink and I asked for a cup of ice water. The woman behind the counter said “what is ice water?” and offered me bottled water. She gave my kid the $8 glass of chocolate milk with ice and handed me the same cup for water sans ice. Annoying when we have probably spent $80 and they won’t give me a cup with ice.
