Not stoked after my experience here today 9/6. Walked into the service shop and I just needed some rubbing alcohol and a piece of sandpaper or something. We just drove 8 hours and my front brake wasn’t biting at all. When I asked for the alcohol or sandpaper the guy just says “nope can’t help you” and was a total jerk about it. Walked over to summit sports and they helped out right away. Going back tomorrow to give them a tip. Would NOT recommend Bike and Bean

The mechanics (all of them!) that work at this shop are always the best. From small repairs to big problems, they are super helpful. The thing that stands out is how they treat the younger kids/teens. They are as respectful and helpful to the kids as they are adults. As a bike mom this makes them stand out as not always how it goes. Thanks for keeping my boys riding!

I walked into the shop expecting it to be like every other bike shop, maybe some workers who don’t like their job, you know the deal. Instead, someone instantly asked how they could help, with a huge smile and a great attitude. Bodie, one of the mechanics, was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. He told me exactly where my problem was and what I needed to do, then helped me do it, even though he probably had other things to get to. Absolutely 10 out of 10 bike shop if you’re in Whistler. Nicest people you’ll ever meet
