  Very rude and insulting staff. Lady took one look at me and asked for a credit card to even look at the bikes. Totally disgusted by my presence.

  Miche has helped me several times when I've come in. She got me into several pairs of skis with excellent, knowledgeable advice. I've gotten good advice for a new helmet and various pieces of equipment for a very good price. I have bought skis for friends who need to improve their skiing technique. The staff took skis off the rack for me as we looked at all the bases and chose the best pair. I have been really happy with the service at this store. Very knowledgeable manager,(Miche?), well-trained staff, friendly and efficient service

  I was processing a warranty and the customer service was really poor. Didnt make 0 effort to understand my situation and help me as a customer. Miche ( the manager) was not empathic with rhe situation and not putting any help from her side.

  Walked into the Whistler Blackcomb Outlet Store in Squamish right at 10am, and Kieren was already in full superhero mode. The man made a sale at 10:01am while still greeting us like he'd been waiting all morning just to brighten our day. He's cheery, he's witty, and honestly he might be the most charming salesman in British Columbia. And then - - plot twist - he hands me a Reign Storm energy drink purely out of gentlemanly generosity. No upsell, no pitch, just "Here, friend, stay energized." Who does that? Kieren does. If every store had a Kieren, retail would be a joyride. Absolute legend
