  I honestly couldn’t recommend Christopher at the Whistler Blackcomb Outlet Store enough! I went in today looking for ski boots and he was so incredibly helpful from the second I walked in. He measured my feet, talked me through different boots, helped me try them on and was just genuinely such a lovely person. He was extremely knowledgeable but never pushy at all. We ended up having such a good chat about skiing, my plans for the future and life in general. Even though we couldn’t find the right boots for me, he wrote down notes and recommendations for me to take to other stores so I knew exactly what I should be looking for. He genuinely just wanted me to find the right boots, even if it wasn’t with him. If you’re looking for ski boots, definitely go here and ask for Christopher! He’s one of the friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with and absolutely deserves all the praise. The store is lucky to have him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  amazing experience. super knowledgeable staff (worked with Miche). found a great full face helmet for my 4 yr old at an amazing price. will be back for more gear

  Very rude and insulting staff. Lady took one look at me and asked for a credit card to even look at the bikes. Totally disgusted by my presence.
