Chris an absolutely amazing person to have a conversation with- incredibly knowledgeable with skis and ski boots. Although there wasn't an item that I wanted, his expertise allowed me to discover ski boots that were more than "looks good".

Went in today just to browse ski boots, and Christopher was super helpful! He helped us try different styles and was very patient and knowledgeable. I have larger feet, so he also recommended that I get a proper boot fitting. Really appreciate the great service and helpful advice!

Chris was absolutely fantastic! He gave me excellent advice on which ski boots would be best for me and really took the time to understand what I needed. I really appreciated his knowledge, honesty, and willingness to make sure I was looking at the right options rather than just trying to sell me a pair of boots. I left feeling much more confident about what I should be looking for, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see Chris when I’m ready to buy my new boots. Highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely caring ski boot fitter!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Christopher at the Whistler Blackcomb Outlet Store enough! I went in today looking for ski boots and he was so incredibly helpful from the second I walked in. He measured my feet, talked me through different boots, helped me try them on and was just genuinely such a lovely person. He was extremely knowledgeable but never pushy at all. We ended up having such a good chat about skiing, my plans for the future and life in general. Even though we couldn’t find the right boots for me, he wrote down notes and recommendations for me to take to other stores so I knew exactly what I should be looking for. He genuinely just wanted me to find the right boots, even if it wasn’t with him. If you’re looking for ski boots, definitely go here and ask for Christopher! He’s one of the friendliest people I’ve ever dealt with and absolutely deserves all the praise. The store is lucky to have him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
