  What a great store! Super helpful and friendly associates. They were very helpful in finding a solution for returning a wrong sized item that was shipped to our house. We will definitely shop here again!

  I will not be shopping at Land’s End again. I purchased three clothing items yesterday, brought them home, washed them once, and discovered holes in two of them. When I returned to the store the very next day to exchange the defective items, I was told they couldn’t accept them because they had holes — the exact reason I was trying to return them. I was also told that because they had been laundered, they were “unsellable.” No customer examines brand‑new clothing with a microscope before washing it, nor should they have to. The associate who sold me the items even told me they had a “very lenient return policy,” which clearly wasn’t true. Because of this, I had to leave the store, drive to Kohl’s, and buy replacement clothing just so I’d have something presentable for an interview that same afternoon. Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable quality control.

  Disappointed that when doing a return purchased 4/13 returned 7/13, they are sorry you missed the 90 window by 1 day. I understand policies I do, however they were still selling the items at the store. Plus I was purchasing more items.

  Went there to return some items my wife bought. It went fairly quickly and they had some sales so we needed a couple of beach towels which were on sale.
