This DI is clean and works hard to stay organized. Employees are helpful and nice. Prices have raised but it’s everywhere not just the DI. Management at this DI is super awesome!!

It's amazing some of the nice things people get rid of. I got my 3 kids each an electric 4 wheeler for $10 to $15 bucks each! Throw in a ryobi 18v battery and they are set!

I have been a loyal supporter of this store for a long time, even donating many of my own items here because I believe in the mission of keeping things affordable for the community. Unfortunately, the current environment is making me rethink that support. I’ve visited this thrift multiple times, and unfortunately, the service from a specific cashier has been consistently poor. Recently, I saw her laugh in a customer’s face for asking for a small discount. These items are donated for free to help people get by, yet she treats the inventory like a luxury boutique.
I’ve noticed a pattern: whenever someone asks for a price check (especially in Spanish), she dismisses them immediately with “no creo que le baje.” Meaning: “I don’t think he’ll lower it.” In one instance, a manager actually agreed to a discount for a damaged suitcase, and the cashier looked annoyed that the customer was helped! I had a similar experience with an electronic device… she refused to let me speak to a manager or adjust the price, despite the “no returns” policy. It's a shame because the manager seems reasonable, but this cashier makes the shopping experience stressful and unwelcoming. Thrift stores should be about helping the community. It’s disheartening to donate your belongings for free only to see them sold at high prices by SOME staff who treat the community with such little respect. :/
