The store is cluttered, and the staff seems to be more concerned with their own comfort than with assisting customers.

Every single time I call the store it goes straight to voicemail and nobody ever answers the phone. Then when I drive 20 minutes to sell some clothes they say their buy counter is closed. You have employees maybe you should make them answer the phone.

I have been to a few of these in a couple different states. This one definitely has a poor selection from what I have seen at other stores.
