  The service here is a disaster. I was treated like a nuisance for simply trying to return an item with a receipt. They blamed their inability to find my 'customer profile'—which they never created during the sale—as a reason to delay my refund. Telling a customer you need to 'call the owner' for a standard transaction is peak unprofessionalism. I don’t have the time or patience for this level of incompetence. Never again. Note:This is my first time in St. George, and I absolutely loved this quiet, clean, and cozy town—until I decided to grab lunch and return a pair of sunglasses I bought in Denver. I made a huge mistake with my choice of venues. I encountered staff and servers who completely ruined the vibe. Honestly, they are the 'trash' of this beautiful city.

  Finding glasses can be a hard process, but this Sunglass Hut made it so easy. My experience was with Marty, he had informed me that he was the manager and I haven’t had any kind of experience as easy and as transparent as this anywhere else. I’m usually a contacts guy, but he listened to my recommendations and found the glasses that fit just right and looked amazing. Needing prescriptions, he made that experience effortlessly as well. This was truly a great experience! If anyone stops by, be sure to ask for Marty!

  The manager at sunglass hut in Saint George is incredible. I believe his name was Marty but he gave me a 1000/10 experience. He helped me find the perfect pair of glasses also informed me that they do prescription glasses which is amazing. I’m so Grateful he told me that because I’ve been hesitant on getting glasses to wear all the time but he helped me find a pair I will rock everyday from here on out! Marty made my sunglasses hut experience one I won’t forget.

  Excellent customer support, you can tell they have very good work ethic there and focus on what the client wants and offer good suggestions. They also resolved a concern with some sunglasses that were returned shortly after purchase without any hassle. I was particularly impressed with the level of professionalism the staff showed coming from a retail store.

  I bought some Meta glasses from a Vegas Sunglass Hut about 6 weeks ago and have many tell me that they sound terrible when I’m on a call. I have enjoyed the glasses and knew that they could not be returned and I don’t want to return them. I simply wanted an exchange on the glasses. The guy there made a few calls (we were about 10 feet apart and I was told to stand in a certain place in the store when on the call) and he said there was nothing wrong with them and would not exchange them. Seems like it should be a no brainer to exchange them and send the defective ones back to Ray Ban. The guy in the store was super dismissive and acted as if it would hurt his store directly by asking for the exchange. I made a call out in front of the store in the glasses to a buddy and within 2 mins, he said he couldn’t hear me and that the sound was coming across muffled. So I’m pretty certain the glasses are defective and I’ll have to return them to the Vegas location. Seems odd for a nationwide company even if they’re all locally owned and operated. Find a different place to get your sunglasses.
