I had an associate to help guide me and once she saw I liked she brought options to the fitting room. I felt like I had my own private shopper. Prices were reasonable and with her help I was able to make the most of sales and online coupons. Finally a successful shopping experience!!

- RBRobin BMay 27, 20261.0I asked two associates that were conversing with each other where I could find a pair of Liz Clayborn ankle pants they got a blank look on their faces and pointed in athe general direction of the ladies department and told me in not so many words to go look. I found them in the opposite direction where they had directed me. After searching the racks on my own for about 15 mins I found them. I still appreciate good customer service that is the reason for this post. I encourage management to hire sales associates that enjoy interacting with the public. It was good customer service that took me back to this location because the last time I shopped there, they had actual sales associates in the shoe department willing to help. Very disappointing.

Everyone of the employees were super friendly and helpful from the perfume dept, and apparel, to the cashier. We will definitely make this our store to shop for clothes and perfume at. Very good experience!
