  It sucks when you have to drive 30 minutes just to fix a simple issue. I went in for the Balloon pop this year and got 25%. When I got home I noticed that the total was higher than it should have been. It turned out the ammo wasn’t discounted and I was overcharged $50. I thought no big deal and called the store. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. When I went in the next day, the manager on duty took the receipt for about 20 minutes just for him to say that it was discontinued even though it shows it wasn’t. After pointing out the mistakes I asked him to double check. He replied that even if he could help he wouldn’t. I had drove to the other store in Provo. They immediately saw what was wrong and they fixed it in 5 minutes. Dude was rude and kept saying things about how it was my fault. Terrible shift manager.

  The place to go to pay premium prices for moderate outdoorsman gear. The store itself is clean, well organized, and friendly staff. Pretty poor taste in music though.

  I've been struggling with a malfunctioning firearm purchased from Sportsman's Warehouse. The manager Alyssa was very helpful in getting that returned to the manufacturer for warrantied maintenance. This has been very frustrating. I appreciate Alyssa's diligence, and patience.
