Most expensive DI I have ever seen! Staff are friendly enough though.

Let me just tell you about your one employee Shaila she’s so kind and respectful and goes above and beyond helping customers to their car she should get a raise she deserves it.

Very good place for thrift shopping but when I was donated some stuff one of the workers didn't answer any questions and was very aggressive with my new car. I forgot to unlock the car and he was slamming his fingers against the button to open the trunk and when my door was in the way of a shelf he kicked it shut leaving scratches and a small dent in the door he also wouldn't answer any questions and was very rough with the stuff I was donating. I didn't catch his name but he looked elderly with white hair and also kind of short.

The store used to be amazing for the first year. It was open. I walked around there every day for 2 years. Low prices for us Parents that are seriously struggling to get by. Today I left about $40 worth of items that the cashier didn’t hand me. This has happened to me several times, and I’ve never complained. I called the store and the woman refused to do anything for me even though their employees recalled the items that they put back. She basically said that sucks and that they put away all of my stuff the second that I left rather than holding it for the hour(their store policy) I called back and asked to speak with PAUL. The manager who was unbelievably rude, asked me what in the world I wanted him to do and suggested that I don’t come back to the DI if I can’t remember my bags, I explained to him that I had a five month old baby on my hip a six-year-old next to me and a car overflowing with things not to mention it was your cashier that didn’t hand it to me. This is a resource by the LDS church To help people. You guys only care about money. They have raised their prices on everything in there. You cannot even buy a hat for less than seven dollars. I told him if he could at least refund me for some of the items they put away then that would be great since I have three kids to feed I paid for the items and they put them right back on the shelves to make money. I am ashamed to say a member of the church working for one would act in such a way. Absolutely disgusted by you, PAUL and all of you who raised the prices to this place to make it unaffordable for us struggling Families out there. Shame on you. Greed, greed, greed. I hope whoever got my items needed them more than me And thanks for being so Christ like Paul. Again truly. What a loving man of God.

I bought a table right at closing time and they told me because it was the end of the day they weren’t going to have me go back have the receipt number written down (or something) and that I can just show them the ticket when I pick up the next day. I came in today to pick up and they had sold the table to someone else. They said with no receipt number they have no way to tell it’s been sold so they removed the tag and put it back on the floor. SOOOO frustrating. They did give me a refund and the manager said he’d have to get after his team for it. Just super disappointing.
