Staff is mostly nice and the place is pretty clean but holy crap are they greedy! Every time I go I feel like it just keeps getting more and more expensive, like guys you get this stuff for free? Why are all the womans clothing mostly more than 7$, and if I want four shirts it somehow end up being 30$?? Even all the rubbish items and other normally cheap things are priced around 4$? Yes you guys need income but your also supposed to support our community, and the prices are just taking it to far 👎🙄

I absolutely LOVE the DI and so do my daughters and my mom. We go here weekly, this location is clean, organized as much as a thrift store can be. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have pretty much all brand new clothes. I'm super impressed and will be keeping up with going there as much as possible

I’m a minor and come to DI all the time to thrift with my mom. The other day I sat down on the corner of the couch(because I have a physical disability) and was helping my baby brother. Paul came over and aggressively asked me if I needed a ticket to the couch. I politely said no thank you and he started angrily flashing and slamming the signs down on the couch with a very pissed look on his face. I was extremely intimidated and that’s when my parents walked up and defended me. He went on to scream about how is he suppose to know I have a disability where everyone could hear and followed my family out the door screaming. You can go to a furniture store with expensive brand new furniture that costs $1,000’s of dollars but I can’t sit on the corner of a cat piss donated couch when I’m in too much pain and need a break. I have a video of the encounter of him screaming in my mom’s face during the interaction, a time stamp of exactly when it happed because of that I would like upper upper management to watch for yourself. Please contact me so I can share. I am now bringing in a doctors note when I go into the DI stating my personal medical information so I don’t get kicked out. I shouldn’t have to share my personal disability. Paul needs to go. This place is going to get sued for breaking hippa laws.

I’ve never seen so much crap. I dropped off about 200 items and a heavy bin of fragile stuff. As I dropped it off, I told an employee it was heavy but he ignorantly picked it up and almost dropped it ✌️🫡🙏
