  If there were an Olympic event for customer service, Noah at would be bringing home the gold. We had barely crossed the threshold before he appeared like a retail superhero asking if we needed any help. Normally I expect to wander the store pretending I know what I'm looking for, but Noah wouldn't let us suffer through that. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He answered all our questions, helped us find exactly what we needed, and somehow made the whole shopping experience easier. Scheels is lucky to have him. If you need help, find Noah; you'll probably save yourself a lot of time and leave with exactly what you came for!

  This was my first time visiting Scheels, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service I received from Brianna and Brooklyn. Brianna went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was incredibly patient, personable, and took the time to answer every question honestly. She walked me through every step of the process without ever making me feel rushed, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision. During our conversation, I found out she’s from South Dakota, which was a fun surprise and made the experience even more memorable. Brooklyn was just as wonderful. She helped me in the college apparel section and was so kind, welcoming, and eager to help. I really appreciated her friendliness and willingness to make sure I found what I was looking for. As a hospitality graduate, I pay close attention to the way people make others feel, and both Brianna and Brooklyn exemplified outstanding customer service. They made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish, and that’s something that leaves a lasting impression. Thank you both for making my first visit to Scheels such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  This store is so cool! We were visiting from St. George and found ourselves with some extra time, so we decided to stop by. There was so much to see and do and we loved everything from the fish tanks to the café, and of course the Ferris wheel! Also huge shoutout to Will, the Ferris wheel operator. He had the best energy, kept us laughing, and really helped create a fun, safe and welcoming atmosphere. Employees like him make an already awesome experience even better. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

  I went looking for a bladder bag with drinking hose for my backpack. I bought one on Teemu and it's been good for like 2 years. It has a tiny leak,(I'm going to fix) I just thought I was in line for a new one, but not for 50 bucks. I paid 12 bucks on Teemu for this one. Scheels is good for some things, but something you don't need to go there for. PROFOUND!

  I've never been to one of their stores before but this location is HUGE! I couldn't find a directory and while I was literally spinning around with what had to have been the most lost look I couldn't find an employee to help. The item I drove an hour for that said was in stock online had already sold out in the first few hours of them opening but that's just retail, but just be sure to call ahead if you are a bit away from store locations. They are dog friendly! Doesn't have to be a service dog, just a well mannered and leashed one. They also have cleaning stations spread around in case your dog has an accident. This was probably my favorite part 🤣 Overall good experience. Wish they had more locations but this store was clean, dog friendly and there weren't long lines even though it's a holiday weekend.
