From the beginning, Robin was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to assist me with my shoes and also helped me sign up for the DSW Rewards program, explaining everything and making the process quick and easy. I later realized that the shoes were clearly too small. When I returned to the store, Robin made the exchange incredibly simple. There was no hassle or unnecessary back-and-forth—he simply helped me swap them for the correct size and made sure I was taken care of. It was refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Robin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I left satisfied rather than making a simple exchange more complicated than it needed to be. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at DSW. Robin is an excellent representative of the company, and his service is a big reason I would gladly return to this location again. Highly recommended!
