Gunsmithing services now available! Announcing our new firearm service center, The Gunsmith at Sportsman’s Warehouse, through all of our stores! The Gunsmith shop is in Salt Lake City, but you can also bring your guns to any of our locations. The firearms will then be sent to SLC for service and/or repair. We also offer direct shipping for customers all across the United States who don’t currently have a Sportsman’s Warehouse in their area. We’re providing a full service, comprehensive gunsmithing center that can do just about anything for firearms within a reasonable turnaround time.

- RSRichard SauqueAug 20, 20261.0Took my 2011 build in to get lightening cuts and get the slide and frame cerakoted. Got it back almost 3 weeks after the time they said it would be ready. That would actually be fine if they took their time and put everything back together correctly but they mangled my sear spring. The gun had an EGW ignition kit tuned and installed by a gunsmith in Utah County. When I got the gun back the disconnector would get stuck, wouldn't pop back up, and the grip safety would get stuck when squeezing the trigger. Took it apart cleaned it and realized the sear spring was bent out of shape. Also they missed a couple spots when cerakoting. Pretty disappointed with the quality of the work. UPDATE: Spoke with their corporate office. They were pretty responsive and I appreciated how they handled everything. They had me tell them my experience. They promised to address my complaints with the gunsmith and they gave me a $50 gift card. They offered to have me bring my gun back to the gunsmith but don't want them touching any of my guns again. Still love shopping at Sportsmans and in the end appreciated their corporate response.
