  Madeline was so helpful and friendly. She found the glasses I wanted in about 5 seconds. She was so helpful with her suggestions but not in a pushy salesperson kind of way. She was just genuinely interested in getting everything I wanted and needed with a big smile and positive attitude. Excellent experience !!!

  The store was very clean especially compared to other location like the Murray store. They had a great selection and the sales associates were so kind and knowledgeable. Marina spent a great chunk of time picking out the perfect pair for me. She was so intuitive and patient with me. I appreciate her. She gave me recommendations on what to do in Salt Lake while I was visiting! I would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a pair of sunglasses in Salt Lake City!

  I brought some glasses in for return and was refused, even though it was within the 30-day return window, because of an "error with their system." The two associates were very nice and did their best but the manager eventually said all I can do is call sunglass hut. As if customer service was going to get me any further up the chain than the manager of a store. I should have been more insistent on a resolution, but it had already been an hour of troubleshooting and I didn't have any more time to stay there. Very frustrating, as another sunglass hut nearby had that same day told me that I couldn't return my glasses there b/c I had bought them at the City Creek location, which the folks at City Creek assured me was not the policy, so who knows what that was about. Hours of my time were wasted, and I'm out 200 dollars for something that they acknowledged was covered under their return policy. And it was never resolved. I was basically just told "too bad." Going to submit a report to the BBB and won't be shopping at Sunglass Hut again. Just buy your sunglasses from the manufacturer online. The whole point of shopping somewhere with a physical store is the convenience of being able to go in with a problem, but that clearly isn't the case here.
