  The building is amazing, clean and histori. The staff, especially Adam, is fantastic knowledgeable and attentive. It was an excellent buying experience. I definitely hope to do business with them again.

  OC Tanner has cleaned my rings many times over the last 19 years but this time they informed me that they have changed their policy and will no longer work on rings that were no purchased there. However their jewelers were 'nice' enough to evaluate them and then tell me that they were poor quality diamonds and that my bands are so worn down that they should be remade and the diamonds should be replaced with a higher quality like the ones they sell. That is not a very good strategy for making a client. Needless to say I took them to a very highly rated jeweler (Jonathan's in Cottonwood Heights) who had 3 people look at them and say there is nothing at all wrong with my rings, no work needs to be done and they cleaned them and made them look amazing. Oh and being treated with respect means Jonathan's has earned my business from here on out.

  I recently went in to look at their Rolex exhibition pieces in SLC and to understand the allocation process. Haiden gave me a great experience on history and the functionality of each piece as I tried them on. We then looked at Tudor, Omega, and Breitling. We landed on the Omega speedmaster racing and I have been beyond happy with it. The experience and customer service is unbeatable. I’m looking forward to my futures purchases there!

  I recently purchased an Omega timepiece from OC Tanner and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, Cathy and Adam made us feel truly welcome. They treated my wife, my good friend, and me like family, with genuine warmth, patience, and expertise throughout the entire process. Their personalized service and attention to detail turned what could have been a simple purchase into a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend OC Tanner to anyone looking for a luxury watch, and I especially want to thank Cathy and Adam for making our visit so special.

  Visiting O.C. Tanner has been a blast. There are a ton of beautiful watches in store. Both Becca and Justin have been very kind and helpful. I’ve spent a good amount of time talking about watches with Justin and he’s helped me find one of my dream pieces. It’s clear that he is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about watches and I couldn’t be happier with my Breitling. Thank you!
