  Customer Service has gone way down here. I used to come here all the time and loved the store. I was buying a pair of Birkenstocks today (full price I might add) and when I couldn't get the label sticker off without leaving some of the glue on the footbed, I asked if there was anything they could do, like a small discount, they said "There's nothing we can do." Returned the item and then found a much better deal on Amazon. Shows how retail is pushing "bad math" and driving away customers to online.

  Negative response from management regarding a return. I bought hair pomade that smelled rancid and they refused to give me store credit. Really? This stuff was nasty and he hardlined me. Super disappointing. Two stars is probably too generous. I threw this junk in their trash at the entrance. :-(

  They didn’t want to exchange my dress, so I left it there for them to resell since I wasn’t going to use it. it wasn’t my size. They didn’t offer any solution at all. Such poor service.

  Good atmosphere and staff were helpful. She found a blood stain on the slacks I was buying and helped me track down another pair. Took a little longer than I liked to get out though. Originally there were only 2 manning the registers even though they had a long line.

  The customer service at this store was extremely disappointing. The manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the start. I felt judged and looked down on the entire time instead of being helped. I’ve always trusted Nordstrom for its reputation of great customer service and have shopped here frequently, but this experience really made me question that. It honestly makes me hesitant to shop here again. I bought these shoes in January, and it’s only March now, just a little over 60 days. New Balance is not a cheap brand, so I expected much better quality. However, both sides of the fabric at the front of the shoes have already torn, which clearly appears to be a manufacturer defect. When I asked if an exchange was possible, the manager immediately blamed me, saying I must have worn the shoes too roughly, without even properly inspecting them. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or provide any kind of support. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Very disappointing for a brand I trusted.
