  Went to go and try on over $700 worth of clothes. The dressing room attendant made me extremely uncomfortable by wearing a belly shirt and short shorts as a man! I didn’t even bother going and talking to him and put my stuff down and left…

  Really disappointed with my experience at the City Creek lululemon. I came in hoping to do a quality exchange on five black t-shirts that have all developed the same issues—stretched “bacon” collars, faded color, & overall poor durability despite being cared for properly. The manager, Caitlyn, told me she couldn’t honor the quality promise because I purchased them just over a year ago (bought in June, came in during July). While I understand policies exist, it was the way the situation was handled that was disappointing. There was no effort to understand the issue or offer any kind of solution. Instead, the interaction came across as dismissive & rude. I’ve always expected better customer service from lululemon, especially given the price of their products. The shirts clearly have the same quality defect, & I left feeling like my loyalty as a customer didn’t matter.

  I have had good experiences so far at the City Creek location. I don’t shop there frequently, but the team has been good when I do. The selection is ample and the staff seems to really try to take care of you. Worth a stop!
