The woman I spoke to on the phone looked up my order and told me I would be able to exchange the shirt for a different color as long as the price and type of shirt was the same. I arrived at the store 65 minutes later, found the same style/price/sizs shirt in a different pattern. I tried to check out and was told the opposite— that I could only exchange the same shirt in the same pattern for the same price for a different size. Which I didn’t need. Super annoying.

We walked into the fitting room ourselves And not a single person walked up and offered their help. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The judgmental glares really adds the cherry on top to the whole experience 😊
