Ellis was absolutely amazing and found the ring I had been looking at online as well as helped me package up a bracelet for my daughter. She was so sweet and helped me to be sneaky (since my daughter was in the store with me). Love the jewelry! We will go back in a heartbeat!

They were nice expensive diamond earrings, so they were not cheap. They said to not worry at all if I was going to exchange and to come in and do that whenever. However, I just talked to them now and they said I would not be able to exchange, even though these earrings were hundreds of dollars. I asked them to make an exception and she asked the manager and the manager said no. I have shopped here a lot, and it’s very telling and eye-opening to see how a valued customer is treated. I will not be shopping here anymore. I’m so bummed!
