  Very nice selection and the arrangement I ordered turned out beautiful - even the paper around the arrangement was note worthy! The staff was very communicative, polite, and helpful - much appreciated! I will most certainly order from here again. THANK YOU for making this such a positive experience and providing such care and talent to my order!

  Customer service will basically call you a liar, as their delivery team failed to get my address correct, they did not call my telephone to try and even attempt to locate me I had to call the flower shop to follow up with what is going on with my order just to get told the driver said that came and knocked on my door although I was sitting on the porch of my house. Then the manager who isn't even at the location according to the agent I talked to on the phone is working from home told the delivery driver oh well fail the order and he can order again tomorrow. Or he can come pick it up in the store, this is how they treat the disabled. 1* terrible service. I hope I get the ability to just grow my own and not need these amateurs.

  Breath taking moments that Flowers Imagination offers such beautiful bouquets not to mention they communicate amazingly from the moment you place your order with them to the moment they’re being delivered.   They did all the flowers for our wedding--the bridal bouquet, the corsages, the pins, and the ceremonial arch. They did a stunning job. I would recommend them over and over again. Not only did they do a stunning job making my wife's dreams a reality, but they did it during a very busy time of the year with the order made shortly before our wedding. They were honest with us (unlike other florists we checked out). And they did the project we wanted for the budget we wanted. I was honestly shocked the day of our wedding with how the flowers turned out and how they got it all done in such a short amount of time and for the budget we wanted. Amazing family business. We had zero negative experiences during the whole process and they were very attentive with us. Thank you, Flower Imagination! ----------- Flower Imagination se encargó de todas las flores para nuestra boda: el ramo de la novia, los ramilletes, las flores para el novio y los hombres, y el arco ceremonial. Ellos realizaron un trabajo deslumbrante. Los recomendaría una y otra vez. No solo hicieron un trabajo espectacular al hacer realidad los sueños de mi esposa, sino que lo lograron durante una época muy ocupada del año, habiendo recibido la orden poco antes de nuestra boda. Fueron honestos con nosotros (a diferencia de otros floristas que consultamos). Y ejecutaron el proyecto que deseábamos ajustándose al presupuesto que teníamos previsto. Sinceramente, el día de nuestra boda me quedé impresionado con el resultado de las flores y con la forma en que lograron tenerlo todo listo en tan poco tiempo y dentro del presupuesto que buscábamos. Un negocio familiar increíble. No tuvimos ni una sola experiencia negativa durante todo el proceso, y fueron sumamente atentos con nosotros. Gracias Flower Imagination!
