I felt like I had my friend there, helping to find something flashy and badass and it was fun. When I asked for the fitting room, Mateo let me in and he asked what my name is. He called me by my name the rest of my time there! I really felt appreciated and comfortable shopping there. So true story is, I actually only went there to exchange 4 items, but with Mateo’s help, I also ended up spending $91 more dollars. Yes, I’ve read the hate comments about Mateo here in these reviews, but guys I just don’t see it. Mateo is extremely kind and caring and he’s glad when customers are there. Mateo my dude, you are killin’ it! Take all of the positive comments about you here, and keep your chin up! Sure appreciate you and your service!
