A long-time advocate of art education in the U.S., Blick also provides support to scholastic, collegiate, and professional art shows, both financially and through a variety of materials that emphasize the benefits of art education. - TWTaylor Webb1 day ago1.0I pissed they are closed on Sunday after planning a trip around visiting this location on my way to a plein air vacation destination. I have been to Blicks all over the country. All of them open on weekends. My expectations of corporate consistency across locations has been completely valid until now, with hours and closures being consistent. Here now I am left high and dry and frustrated. Several of the needed supplies are unavailable outside of a specialty store such as this one. There are none where I am going. Why is this one closed on Sundays? This company has not identified itself with observations of nonsecular matters and frankly this doesn’t sit well - given the causes that Blick as a corporation has advocated for publicly. My expectations of corporate consistency across locations have been built on going to half a dozen other different Blicks. This consistency has built trust I am deeply disappointed over how this inconsistency will affect me personally and my relationship of expectations around relying on this specific company in the future.

If synthetic brushes didnt split on me during striping enamel, i would be so happy to pay half the price while finding them even at ROSS. As a native american very much involved with traditional cerimony and always gives thanks to all life who came from 2 and a half hours away to find what i need for my living, am super bummed and disappointed to experience such prejudism on my first visit. Dont think i could bring myself to come back.

I've been a customer for decades, and always find their prices to be reasonable, and their inventory and range always impresses me.
