  Myself and my daughter were out looking for high compression leggings yesterday. Unfortunately most of the athletic wear stores weren't carrying them anymore. We decided to try Alo. The only reason this store got 2 stars from me was because it was clean, the clothes were all folded and it looked nice. I would have given 0 stars if this were based just on the staff. We walked in, two of the staff were talking to each other, and one was checking a customer out. We walked right next to the two talking and began looking at the clothes. We were the only other people in the store. Once the third worker was done, she had joined the other 2 in their conversation. In 10 minutes, not 1 of them asked if we needed help. I finally walked up to them. I got dirty looks from all of them for interrupting their conversation. Finally one of them took us to some leggings. I asked if there were any other colors. The worker said she would go look. 15 minutes later my daughter and I walked out without having been helped at all again. I went and bought a bunch of clothes from Athleta. Won't be going back.

  THEY DISCRIMINATE POC Don't dare be Latino or brown and go to this store cause tell me why I just when with my sister and nephew and none of the employees there asked if we needed any help; we had to ask the employees for help never approached us; cashier lady only kept staring as if we were to steal something. After 20 mins a lady (the only one there who didn't look white) asked if we were ready to check out cause she saw us waiting and finally I paid. Please be better @Alo Utah has the most Mormon people; are we not supposed to spread the love to everyone like brothers and sisters?

  Went into this store just wanting to look around. This wasn’t started by the employees but, a customer rudely told MY father to stop recording me (we don’t see eachother often and he has always done this) basically accusing him of being a perv. The amount of judgment and uncomfortable looks from the employees was incredibly upsetting. My dad, my friend, and I all felt like we were being watched and judged as if we had done something wrong, when we were literally just existing in the store. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and honestly very hurtful. At the very least, employees could have continued doing their jobs instead of stopping everything to stare and make an already uncomfortable situation feel even worse. Being treated like we were something to gossip about or judge was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not my first time having an unpleasant experience in this store but, this one was worth writing about.

  Had to leave a review because the most darling Russian gal helped me and my husband get some things and was so kind and friendly! I was so happy to try their clean skin care line being pregnant! Wonderful customer service!
