Nobody has helped me. Nobody's reached out to me. I've made two payments on accident cause one from auto pay and then I accidentally manually paid it because I had my card locked and it declined on auto pay so I manually did it and it turned around and auto drafted again and now they're trying to tell me that that money was already owed and I've been with the company for two months and I have paid three months of payments. Make that make sense. I need to speak to a supervisor I can never get a hold of anybody besides the people in the department that sit there and give me the runaround, but whoever was in the collections department was extremely rude and wouldn't give me her name and couldn't help Figure out anything!! But if you like having a company that you're not able to get a hold of or You only get calls and emails from robots and this is the company for you!!!

If you start with smart start, expect trouble and charges anytime you miss an appointment or have a problem. Customer service agents with thick accents that make them hard to understand. Long hold times. Extra charges to solve problems.

The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
