Why is this store so rude. I am healthcare worker and have been registered with them for years. Every time I come to this store and ask for my discount they act like I’m lying. I pulled up my license and showed my id to show I wasn’t lying and they still would not give me the first responder discount. I walk out and load the app and guess what my profile says……. Healthcare worker!!!! What a joke. No wonder people don’t love lulu anymore. They have shitty service!!

Brought my daughter for her 16th birthday and she picked out a cute jacket. the sales guys were cool- helpful. thought i might exchange an old (after 30 days) pair of pants - and i know the return policy, but I used to think of lulu like the nordstroms of workout clothes. the sales guy said the manager could probably work with me on the exchange/ credit. When i got to the counter the manager seemed put off by my request. the tags were all still connected and the gift receipt was stapled to the tag. I felt embarrassed, almost shamed by her response. I could tell my daughter was also really uncomfortable, so i didnt push it at all. TBH i was a little surprised about the managers response- over 10 dollars worth of fabric made in china. Even walmart associates are taught customer service.

Honestly, this was probably my worst experience at Lululemon so far. When I went to check out, the tall guy without glasses immediately looked annoyed, like I was bothering him just by coming up to the register. His attitude the whole time was just really unfriendly and uncomfortable. It was such a weird experience because employees at other Lululemon stores are usually super friendly, upbeat, and actually seem happy to help you. Not sure if this is a training issue or what, but the difference is pretty obvious. At the end, he just casually threw out a “thanks for coming in” and immediately turned to talk to the person next to him. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed at all.

An amazing staff! Came in to exchange some ABC pants that a seem ripped on. Instantly greeted helped out at the counter. When I went to try on a new pair another rep was so helpful and kind. Very easy going understanding team. Best experience I’ve had at a clothing store!

Tag and the whole staff were FANTASTIC! Helped my boyfriend find the perfect pants, styled some polos, and offered hemming! We brought in our puppy, Sunny, and they loved on her so much and even brought her some water. 100/10 experience!
