I like the cleanliness of this store and the people are great, but I feel like the prices in this store are higher then other locations for the same type of items.

Donating and finding the things you love is easy here at Deseret Industries, pretty clever name too, no other grift and donation place can come close to this for me, I have been able to find many things I love and donate many things I don’t need that other families and people can have that they might love. Great way to recycle essentially, giving things another life with people who need it most is a great thing I’m happy to do

Just dropped off some donations - which is usually a neutral experience- but today was surprisingly refreshing. I got to speak with a gentleman by the name of Alnardo - Nothing specific just good energy. And it got me thinking... that an employee who appears genuinely happy must be in a good workplace environment. Maybe? I think so. 😊 So props to his coworkers and managers too! Gracias!!

Prices are insane for donated items, $4 for a used & again donated baby shirt is ridiculous, should be $.50-$1 Won’t be coming back

Thank you for having REAL thrift prices! Idaho prices are HIGH and offensive! Thank you for being real! I’m guessing you actually do more in revenue because things actually sell!
