  I’m always a 5 star leaving guy and overall I’m a big DI fan. It Feels like this location puts the price brand new as the used price😂. Everyone here is kind and nice just a bit disappointed to see the maximize profits routine when everything was a donation.

  Most the one star reviews mention how prices have gone up, they have. I can say it's crazy sometimes but if you think about how some things are priced today it becomes less of a shock. (However I have never dropped anything off so I can't comment on that) But Most of the one stars are user error I fear. This store is clean maybe a few stains or random stuff but it's not a big issue. You can't expect a second hand store to be perfect! And same with the employees! This store hires many people that have different backgrounds than yours, not everyone has to be on par with your expectations :) people are allowed to be people. I have been going here for years and I always find at least one thing I liked- even if it's broken it's normally a small fix (make sure you check! They will let you plug it in and test it!!!) Also that one lady's one star review about how she physically opened the doors to get in before opening is insane. Who even does that????? And the nerve to be upset is even crazier

  Normally have a really great time here but just had a situation where they told my mom she was shop lifting. She was just reorganizing things in the cart when the price off of a vase she had fell off onto the floor (blanket brushed it off). Since it fell near her, she simply lifted it up and placed it back on. Apparently you’re not supposed to do that, when a tag comes off you’re supposed to alert staff to reprice it even if you still see it? They even took her to the employee only area to question her. Totally understand if they’re having an issue with people changing tags on purpose but it’s not like she was storing items in her purse or anything to say she was shoplifting? Anyways hope this is a one off thing but just be aware of tags. Thought the whole thing was a bit excessive and will likely not be returning.

  Store is always clean and organized. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Prices are typically very reasonable.
