  The staff was extremely unprofessional. I tried to buy some Broadheads that were marked at $29.99. Brought them up to the counter and they rang up at $59.99 so I let him know, he had me walk all the way back to the back of the store to show him the sticker then proceeded to tell my that he couldn’t sell them to me at that price (which is fine. I just thought they were on sale or something) but then I also wanted to by me and my dad an Archery elk tag and he couldn’t figure out how to do it on the computer so he called over another worker and she continued to argue with my dad over the price of the tags. I’m not a stickler, I’ll pay whatever the price is it’s not a problem but the fact she was yelling at an old man over this was ridiculous to me. I will never be shopping here again, not at this location or any other.

  Was in the store for literally 20mins, came out of the bathroom to be asked to leave my bag with them at the front. I’d rather be asked to open my bag and show them nothing was stolen. There weren’t any signs anywhere about bags and bag sizes, if it’s policy that should be posted on the doors, my bag was a mini backpack. As stated, if it’s store policy it should be posted, not me walking around 20mins to be asked to leave it up front. Also, where no one said anything while walking through the doors due to chit chatting, I wouldn’t trust that they wouldn’t let anyone grab my purse with my wallet and my kindle.

  I bought a brand new CZ double hammer classic from these guys June 12 2025 and less than a month and the 3rd time bringing it on a trap shoot, and the gun was broke. (Leaf spring on the left hammer snapped) They then kept it for the last 8 months and wouldn’t answer my calls or emails so I went to their Orem location only to find out it’s been there. No phone call or emails. And nothing was fixed just a note stating CZ doesn’t offer replacement parts for their $1300 dollar gun and note I said if it’s not under warranty I’ll pay whatever it cost to fix it. It’s a brand new gun not a wall mount. So now I’m just stuck with a crazy expensive paperweight. No sympathy or solution just a stupid situation I’m in because they sold me a brand new gun from a company that apparently has no customer support. I will never do business with Sportsman warehouse. And I’d highly advise anyone else to to buy from somewhere like Gunnies in Orem that is Utah family owned business with great costumer support and solutions. I will also reach out to CZ and see if they can send me a replacement spring.
