    Went to the Provo, Ut salon. Unfortunately, my stylist didn’t show up for work that day. Mandi stepped up and said she would help me out & get my haircut done for me. She saved the day! All the stylists I’ve seen there are great. Very friendly staff. The appointment app is frustrating to use at times … they need to work on that.

    Love the hairstylist make sure you get a girl/ woman do your hair they do a great job. Im giving it 4 stars because I had a guy do my hair he is super nice how ever he gave me the worst haircut of my life.. I had to let it grow and have two different hairstylist cut my hair to fix what happened. I have had bad hair cuts but this one was horrible but now I love my hair because it looks normal now and not stringly now.

    This jc penny is horrible the cashiers were bad non of the cash registers worked the workers sent us up and down the stairs one of the workers smelled really bad and there was only one cash registers that worked in the whole building and we waited there for 45 mins the building is old and it’s bad the end
