  This jc penny is horrible the cashiers were bad non of the cash registers worked the workers sent us up and down the stairs one of the workers smelled really bad and there was only one cash registers that worked in the whole building and we waited there for 45 mins the building is old and it’s bad the end

  Stress-Free Experience 👏🏼 I had an amazing experience at JCPenney thanks to the cashier Esther from the shoe department. She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Esther went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Her customer service skills are outstanding, and her positive attitude truly stands out. Employees like her would definitely make me come back.

  I am almost 2 hours away from this location, I spent almost 200.00; got home to realize they had left an ink security attached. I had to very carefully grind on it too keep from breaking the ink cartridges, to the employees...please be vigilant in removing these tags, not hard to do; just laziness.

  Just came in to get slacks and a black pressed shirt. I was kinda lost but there was old guy working there he was really cool and helped me find what i needed and helped got me the right sizes

  Harassment and going against customers sexual orientation today. Multiple Latinos and Latinas . 1 White Lady. 1 White Male tried to "body" me. Out the door. Absolutely unacceptable. I am filing charges. And will be calling the mall. I expect a follow up
