  Placed an order over the phone and when I picked it up it was completely different than described and discussed. So rather disappointed and misled. Overly priced as well

  The Flower Patch did great work. The flowers are beautiful! They were able to deliver them quickly. Communication was great! I emailed them back after ordering because I forgot to put our name on the card and they responded that they would add it! They also sent us a photo of the arrangement before they delivered. They were delivered when they promised! Great experience! Thank you!! - Amy

  My friend loved her cute daisy's. Thank you! The order process was quick and easy over the phone, and the lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful. She gave me confidence that the arrangement she would deliver would be very nice. I also appreciated the phone call I received when the deliverer was at the front door and no one answered. Thank you! I'll call the Flower Patch next time I need flowers delivered.

  After searching every hobby lobby, michaels, and any other store I could think of from Spanish Fork to Orem I was desperate to find a wristlet to make a last minute corsage for my son’s prom date, I came to this floral shop thinking for sure they had one, I was treated like I had just asked them to turn over their most prized possession. They refused to sell me anything. I even tried to buy one of their “ribbon tufts” they had on a large display they had sitting there and they just acted like I was crazy for asking, I was treated so poorly. They told me I could buy one of their corsages, they had about 3-4 pre-made, none of which were wristlets. I understand they’re not supposed to sell the $3 wristlet, but at 2’O clock on the night of prom please do better with your customer service and bend the rules for the desperate Mom standing in front of you. To the two girls that were working that day, I hope that you’re never a desperate Mom frantically searching for a wristlet to make your Sons last minute date a corsage for prom. A little kindness would’ve gone a long way, I would’ve spent over 3 times the cost that you paid for the wristlet and I would’ve bought all the flowers and fillers I needed to make it there, which was over $50, but instead I was treated like garbage and left there in tears and cried all the way home. I understand Prom is a busy time, but all I was asking was for 1 wristlet that I knew you had. I worked Floral for many years and I can tell you that I would’ve sold that desperate Mom the dang wristlet- you need to treat your customers better and work on your customer service. I’m very disappointed with this shop and will never spend any money here and anyone thinking of going here should reconsider and spend your money somewhere else.
