So much for being honest in your dealings with your fellow man. I bought AirPods Max headphones from DI for $120. I took them home, tested them, and quickly discovered that they were counterfeit. I brought them back and politely showed them why I believed they were fake and asked for a refund. They refused. I was told that $120 is a “steal” for these headphones and that they price items this way because they don't know whether they're real or fake. If you don't know whether an item is genuine, I don't think it's reasonable to sell it for the price of a genuine used product and then refuse to take responsibility when it turns out to be counterfeit. I understand that DI has a no-refund policy, and I wasn't asking for a refund because I simply changed my mind about the purchase. I was asking because the item I purchased was not what it was represented to be. I expected better from a business operated by the Church. How many times have we heard from prophets and apostles about doing the right thing even when we aren't obligated to? I would have appreciated seeing that principle applied here. I hope DI will reconsider how it handles situations like this.

Very clean and orderly for a thrift store. Better than discount stores like tjmax, etc. Good prices, didn't see anything dusty.

Found a pair of jeans with poop on the inside of them! Yuck! The only reason we had gone here was because it had changing rooms.
