  DI: the thrift store that forgets it's a thrift store and acts like a grift store. If you put an item in your cart right after they bring it out, there's a chance you'll hear an employee remark that they should have priced it higher. (Talking around, some people have even had stuff pulled out of their cart and repriced.) DI: the thrift store where they may train workers, but they don't train them to work. The power trips I've experienced are wild. Don't help them put items away from their cart—they'll get mad and simply stop bringing out carts from that department until you leave. (Not like they were putting things away before that anyway.) DI: the thrift store where everything is fair game until you buy it. See something in someone else's cart that you want? Just grab it. The manager will back you up. To be clear, not everyone who works here is bad, but man they have a couple of bad apples that can make the experience bad.

  Doesn’t always have what I’m looking for, but is always reasonably priced! Workers are very genuine and considerate and warned me about a hole in a shirt before I bought it!

  Provo management sold me counterfeit Nikes for $250! I told me they were legit and didn't give me a refund or store credit! When I proved I bought them there and said it's my problem not there's

  Honestly love deseret thrift stores! This was my first time at this location and as expected it was so clean and organized. My husband hates thrift stores but he said he actually didn’t mind this one and I found some GREAT pieces. Was only there for 30min which is not much time for me but I still found lots of free people and other great brands!
