Allsports eyewear, the boutique just down the road, could never compete on the level of customer service, platinum experience, and knowledge Grant delivers. His level of expertise of understanding people, overrides the “40 years of experience” the Allsports guys have. I had a one off question as a fellow Optical Professional and needed to ship out a frame last minute, however, it was missing a washer on the temple bracket. Grant did not hesitate and immediately gave me the parts I needed. This is a problem solver and loves finding solutions, instead of dumping oil in the fire. Thank you Grant you are a life saver!
