  I am extremely unhappy with your customer service and I will be telling everyone I know to not buy from your park city store, felt like we dealt with snake oil salesman with your company not being able to exchange a gift I got for a different color. Shame on you guys

  Do NOT buy from here!! They do not stand by their products! And they don’t let you return! My wife bought me the meta glasses for Father’s Day. She didn’t know what color to get me. The salesman told her just to buy it and I have 30 days to try it out and you can exchange it. A week later I had tried them out and immediately went back to get a one with transition lens instead and was willing to just keep the existing frames but they said it looks like it’s been worn so I can’t do any exchanges. There was nothing wrong with them. So what is the point of the 30 day return policy. He said once you break the seal on the box it’s now used and it has to be in brand new unused condition to exchange or return it. So don’t buy a gift for someone thinking you can exchange it if they don’t like it.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I purchased two pairs of Oakleys at the Lehi outlet during a buy-one, get-one-half-off promotion. The two pairs were only about $20 apart in price. Apparently, the discount was mistakenly applied to the more expensive pair. About a week later, while still well within the return period, I took the full-price pair—still brand new, in the original box—to the Fashion Place Mall store to exchange them. I was told they couldn't process the return because they were purchased at an outlet store. Later, I found out that information was incorrect. Since I don't live near any of their stores, I then drove an hour and a half to the Park City outlet. There I was told that if I returned the full-price pair, I would have to pay full price for the pair that had been discounted. They would not simply give me store credit toward a different pair. The only option they offered was to use the warranty that I had paid extra for. In the end, after paying the exchange fee, the price difference, and losing the value of my warranty, I essentially paid full price anyway. Meanwhile, they received back a pair of glasses that had never been worn, were still in the original box, and were returned within the allowed exchange period. The entire process felt misleading and unnecessarily difficult. I spent hours driving between stores because of inconsistent information and policies that seemed designed to prevent a fair exchange. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this company. Don't buy at these store.
