  Today, June 26th, I decided to buy another watch and wanted to go see Jennifer. She was, as always, beautiful, lovely, and with her great charisma and customer service, I ended up buying another watch. Thank you, Jennifer! Thank you for all your kindness. I love finding people who know what customer service is all about. I'm very grateful to you forever.

  My friend and I were spending the Friday before Memorial Day walking up and down all the shops. We are galaxies away from being able to afford shopping at O.C. Tanner, but we decided to go in and look anyway. Why not?! There were 4 employees inside, other than the security guard. The 3 gentleman at the register desk all looked at us when we walked in and then turned back around to their conversation. Not even a "Welcome to O.C. Tanner". The saving grace of this experience was the delightful female sales representative, Rachel! She came up to us, asked how we were, and even though we told her we were poor, she said it was ok to just look, and even offered to allow us to try anything on. She offered us drinks and then talked with us about the pieces. I will never believe someone would allow me to try on a $31,000 necklace, just because. If I ever am lucky enough to win the lottery, or marry wealthy the second time around, I would find Miss Rachel, and go where she was working, to give her the commission. She was elegantly delightful! Give her a raise for kindness! Shame on those 3 men, but highest praise for Rachel!! Thank you!

  Walking into an authorized dealer usually means waiting around to be acknowledged, getting a quick "we don't have it" answer, and being shown the door. That's been my experience more times than I can count. OC Tanner in Park City was different. I came in specifically hunting for the Rolex Explorer II 226570 and didn't have high expectations. Jessica changed that immediately. She actually sat down with me, took time to talk through what I was looking for, and didn't rush the conversation at all. When it was clear they didn't have the Explorer II in stock, she didn't just end it there. She encouraged me to try on a few other pieces while I was in, and I ended up getting my wrists on a Land-Dweller, which was worth the visit alone. No pressure, no dismissiveness, just a genuinely good experience from someone who clearly knows the product and cares about the customer. If you're in the Park City area and shopping for a Rolex, ask for Jessica. She's the kind of person who makes you actually want to come back.

  I had a wonderful experience visiting the Rolex boutique yesterday. Jessica was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. She took the time to talk with me about the Submariner I’m hoping to purchase and even offered to contact me if one becomes available, which I truly appreciated. What made the experience even more memorable was her kindness toward my daughters — she gave them candy bracelets, and they were so happy and excited. Excellent customer service and a very warm atmosphere. Thank you again, Jessica!
