She took the time to talk with me about the Submariner I’m hoping to purchase and even offered to contact me if one becomes available, which I truly appreciated. What made the experience even more memorable was her kindness toward my daughters — she gave them candy bracelets, and they were so happy and excited. Excellent customer service and a very warm atmosphere. Thank you again, Jessica!

Every rep from the different brands was helpful. This is unfortunately unusual from other stores, especially Rolex AD’s.
