- JFJolie Fazio2 days ago1.0I’ve usually had really positive experiences at J.Crew in Park City, and the staff is typically friendly and helpful. Especially an Asian gal that I usually just adore. Unfortunately, my visit on Sunday, May 17 around 5:30 PM was disappointing. I talked to a brunette employee with short hair about sizing, and she simply looked at me without responding or offering help. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. It felt dismissive and very out of character for this store, especially compared to the excellent service I’ve received from other employees there in the past. Don’t work in retail If you can’t acknowledge paying clients, I turned around and walked away and didn’t buy anything. Keep in mind nobody else was in the store beside another employee at the time.

The staff were very helpful with their fashion selection and even steamed my wool suit (which was not J Crew). Fantastic customer service, especially given that it’s a large retailer, as opposed to a local boutique.
