  Walked in to take a look at some of the new jackets and Kelia took great care of us. She helped explain the differences between all the different lines and explained the warranty included as well. She was truly a difference maker in our experience.

  18 year old employee fat shamed me. Said I couldn’t do a return with a 1x. Employees couldn’t do math and couldn’t do a simple return. No help from employe named Devon

  Always been a fan of Helly Hansen in general and I always receive the best customer service at this store. I watched the assistant manager get major attitude from another customer when she asked him to please wear his face mask. She handled it all with grace and dignity. I can't believe people are being so awful to customer service employees for enforcing the law!

  Walked in the store today wearing the mandatory mask, holding an ice cream that my son didn’t finish. I didn’t touch anything in the store. The lady who works at this location came to me and told me I am not allowed to have the ice cream in the store. I went outside and threw it in the garbage. I returned to the store and heard the sales worker talking on the phone and saying: “ I am not feeling safe, how come a costumer walk in the store wearing a mask and holding an ice cream, I am not safe, I can get COVID-19.” How unprofessional can she be to talk about the costumer who walks in the stores!!!!
