  I was going to exchange a T-shirt we purchased, so I came by on Sunday, August 9, at 5:42 p.m. However, the door was already locked. Google shows that the store is open until 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. It’s very disappointing that the store was closed early, especially when the posted hours clearly indicated that you were open until 6:00 p.m. It seems the staff left early and did not follow the store’s advertised hours. I hope you can look into this and make sure the posted hours are accurate and followed.

  Great selection and good discount section(what you want at an outlet) Double check your regular prices because they are often cheaper online… but discount section and fitting rooms are a win, shares a space with Arie which is good I guess

  Not trying to be mean but this store has the worst salesman ever! Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I like AE but this store sucks!

  The behavior of the stuff is horrible. Specially the girl in the cash counter is so arrogant. Worst AE outlet ever.

  This is the worst AE outlet I’ve ever been. Most of the staff are rude and not welcoming and helpful. Don’t visit this store ever.
