- MCmd cJun 16, 20265.0I must say shopping at American Eagle Park City is the best retail shopping experience I've had in 15 years. Usually I shop online; however, recently I was flying out to Nashville and needed some jeans. Bethan was so nice and helpful. She is the best retail associate I've dealt with in years. Even better than the high-end stores. She is professional, greets you when you come in, and then goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. I recently went back to make an exchange, and again she was so professional and helpful. She is an asset to American Eagle, and I'm sure the corporation will leverage her skills and develop her into a corporate leader in the future.

When I asked for my size, I was told, “I’m sorry, that’s not the actual price, the real price is $78.99.” Okay, I still accepted it, but after realizing they had also forgotten to remove the second incorrect tag, it honestly felt a bit unprofessional. I love the store and the clothing, but the staff definitely still has a lot to improve on. The guy literally had ONE job.

There’s no discounts unless you want to buy two of something and then you get 50% off list price of one item but only if you buy two you know well that’s the catch isn’t it that’s where they get you. not interested in trying to meet that quota just to get that 25% off their full list price which in the end isn’t always a very good deal. There’s better places to go that Offer better value
