- RRRaul RojasSep 22, 20265.0I came into the store looking for something for me and my niece and I was helped by a girl named bethan! She gave excellent customer service and found what I needed and more! I will be sure to come back here!!
- JJJewelxSep 19, 20262.0Went to shop with my daughter and I found nice clothes but the employees are horrible. Horrible attitude, no help cause they’re too busy talking bad about customers. 2 starts because the clothes is nice but any company knows that customer service is what makes or brakes the store. I even saw how mean they are amongst each other over brakes. The entitlement between them is crazy! I should mention it was mainly the girls over at Aerie since they share stores with AE
- ATAGNES TIOAug 9, 20261.0I was going to exchange a T-shirt we purchased, so I came by on Sunday, August 9, at 5:42 p.m. However, the door was already locked. Google shows that the store is open until 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. It’s very disappointing that the store was closed early, especially when the posted hours clearly indicated that you were open until 6:00 p.m. It seems the staff left early and did not follow the store’s advertised hours. I hope you can look into this and make sure the posted hours are accurate and followed.
