  I had the worst experience at this location today, and I will never come back or shop here again. My family and I will no longer buy clothes from this store. You’ve lost a customer. During my last visit, an employee told me I could bring my shirt back and they would exchange it for me. Because of that, I came back today, but the employee helping me at checkout said they couldn’t do it. How can one employee tell me I can, while another tells me I can’t? Your staff should be properly trained so everyone gives customers the same information. Then, when I was checking out with the two new items I was buying, they couldn’t find my account. I gave them my phone number, but it didn’t work. Then I gave them my mom’s phone number and my brother’s phone number, and neither of those worked either. My family loves Lululemon, and we’ve shopped here many times. My brother is a certified personal trainer and receives the trainer discount. In the end, I had to open the Lululemon app and show my membership there. My app is linked to my phone number, so I don’t understand why it couldn’t be found in your system. That was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. To make things worse, my credit card didn’t work the first time I tapped it. I had to tap it a second time. It may seem like a small issue, but after everything else, it just added to an already terrible experience. After the way I was treated today, I’d rather shop at Vuori, where I can get similar quality along with much better customer service. You’ve lost me as a customer for life.

  This location is amazing!! All of the employees are so helpful and kind and made me feel so welcome! Definitely will be coming back here!

  I wanted to write a review after reading all of the negative reviews of this store. I went in today, with my kids, and was treated with nothing but kindness. Every associate was helpful and attentive. I will be back!

  Great product - awful awful awful awful service. We spent $100 on a sweatshirt. A little expensive for our family - but thought quiality justified the expense. THEN . . . becuase we purchsed on sale - online - and it didn't fit - their cited policy was "yours for keeps". Never worn, used, tags attached - but, too bad, they already had my money? Serious - sorry my house, no Lululemon allowed in our home ever again.
