I haven't had to deal with he customer service directly with smart lock yet, but the shop did give me a heads-up that if I do run into any issues to just come in and they will help me get it taken care of! I was dealing with some stuff from having to get install from Wyoming requirements but live in Utah and they made this super easy for me vs other places.

Heartless, Greedy, Never Helpful, Rude, Disrespectful, Monsters running that place.

The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
