In one of the most bizarre online-ordering fiascos, I tried calling the Store and the manager was short with me; customer service wasn’t available either. They even said they found the receipt of purchase but wouldn’t give shoes even though the store said they had them in stock, after 40 mins of conversation and trying to find… sneakers??? lol idk 🤷♀️ I asked them to clarify this 4 times. Now I need to wait one week, I’m 100 bucks short, and my spouses bday present is spoiled
