  Tried to buy some shoes for my spouse’s birthday and the funds cleared on my checking account but they wouldn’t give me the shoes I ordered? In one of the most bizarre online-ordering fiascos, I tried calling the Store and the manager was short with me; customer service wasn’t available either. They even said they found the receipt of purchase but wouldn’t give shoes even though the store said they had them in stock, after 40 mins of conversation and trying to find… sneakers??? lol idk 🤷‍♀️ I asked them to clarify this 4 times. Now I need to wait one week, I’m 100 bucks short, and my spouses bday present is spoiled

  Came to get a exchange for a pair of shoes after i had talked to an employee on the phone. They assured me on the phone it would be a straight across exchange since its the same style of shoe just in brown. I got to the store after driving across town only to be told not only is it not an exchange that I'd now have to pay for the shoes. So i forked over money, the lady at the counter didn't give a care what i was told and i wont be back. Exchanging a Christmas present for something more ideal went very sour.
