Set my boba drink down while I turned to grab a box not even a feet away and I turned back around and the boba was gone. Turns out he threw it away and asked him if he saw my drink and he said he set it aside. I watched him grab the drink and he threw it away. And he made a face to another employee. Instead of throwing it away in the short amount of time that I set my drink down, not even 2 minutes, he could have asked if it were mine. Very very unprofessional

Mi hijo le encantó, encontramos un lego muy dificil de encontrar en otros lugares y los set nuevos ya estaban disponibles, pero en otros lugares no . Mi esposo se enamoro de lego arquitectura, Estamos felices, fue una experiencia muy agradable.

How do I sign up for the LEGO® Insiders Program?
If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® Insiders member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO Insiders Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my LEGO® Insiders Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your Insiders account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?
We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing in our stores and online. We can’t price match, however, as Stores and the LEGO® Shop sometimes run different promotions and discounts. Happy shopping!
What do I do if my set is missing a piece or if I lost a piece?
You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.
How much does it cost to visit at LEGO store?
All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!
The set I want is out of stock, when will you have more?
While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we sell LEGO® Gift Cards! Just stop by and we'd be happy to help, or visit LEGO.com to buy an e-gift card! LEGO® Gift Cards can be given in any amount up to $500.

Our prices are the same in stores and online, so visit LEGO.com and search for the item you want for more information!
Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
How can I sign up for the LEGO VIP Program at The LEGO® Store Fashion Place?
You can sign up for the LEGO VIP Program in-store by asking a Brick Specialist. After signing up, you'll receive emails to complete your registration and get your digital VIP card. Points can be earned on purchases in-store or online.
