  What a beautiful day to hit up Fashion Place Mall (in UT). My main focus was receiving answers for my iPhone; only taking 5 minutes. I decided to walk the mall, for exercise, except that didn’t happen. I’d not been to this mall in a few years. Funny enough, every store/kiosk was in a new location. Before I knew it I was in my ALL-TIME fav. store , Sunglass Hut. 🩷 I kept, silently, telling myself, “Elena! You’re only looking, NO buying! Remember what your Financial Advisor told you the day before.” I thought to myself, “HAHA!! How can anyone go into Sunglass Hut without buying at least one pair, let alone two pairs, of Sunglasses?” That said, I walked in the store & the Manager, Zach, immediately greeted me w/ a smile, asking just enough questions to narrow down & fully understand my taste in glasses. Zach was GREAT! He’s knowledgeable & his Sales skills, approach, are second to none. He won me over & I left w/ two new pairs.I love my choices. TY, Zach. ~ E.

  My sincere compliments to Zach (Manager) at this Sunglass Hut. I needed help with Meta glasses and he literally provided me exceptional service by guiding me to setup my account and made sure I was using my glasses as I walked out of the store. Highly recommend this gentleman.

  I went into sunglass Hut to purchase a pair of sunglasses, preferably Maui Jim's, for my Alaska fishing trip. I could not make a single decision so I ended up buying the three pairs that I fell in love with. The sales gal was so helpful and knowledgeable that I felt completely comfortable with my purchases and I also got the one year unconditional warranty on all three pairs!

  I’ve been buying sunglasses from Here for many years! Usually my birthday tradition to get a new pair, sometimes 2 😂. Recently I learned about a warranty on a pair I got when I went in for my new pair. The gal that helped me, I can’t remember her name, we talked horses a lot! She sold me on a repair/care kit and helped me warranty my glasses. There was no inventory for my exact pair, so she let me pick a different color. I tried the ones on the display, and she got me the box with the pair I chose. I noticed over the next few days, that I couldn’t seem to get a smudge off the lenses, only to discover a long scratch going side to side on the left lense. I live in Stockton, so a good hour or more drive away! I called and spoke to a gentleman named Ethan, and explained the situation. He pulled up my account and was SO NICE AND HELPFUL! He set aside the exact same pair for my to make the drive down and exchanged them for a new pair. There was a manager there as well, and he was very agreeable on the situation. I’ve never had to do an exchange ever in all the years I’ve come here, never done a warranty, this was a first for me. All I can say is, every single employee I encountered in this entire process was wonderful!!! They deserve recognition and a gold star! ⭐️ thank you for understanding the situation, especially with the long drive I had to make, and took care of me. I’ll always come back for my new sunglasses!!!😎
