  Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. From the moment I walked in. No greeting. Nothing. I had to walk up to one of the reps to get help. He never asked for my name. What I came in looking for. I had to ask all the questions. He was very short and monotone. I looked at 2 watches that I’ve been looking at getting for a long time. Never gave me any details about the watches. Just stood there in silence. To the point I didn’t even want to try them on. So I decided not to and just left. Whether it’s because I’m Hispanic or covered in tattoos or he was just having a bad day. You are Grand Seiko, I expected a way better experience. Funny enough I ended up buying a Seiko Alpinist from a different store that same day and that sales lady was nothing but cheerful and talkative almost like she actually wanted to make a sale. I’ll gladly drive 6 hours to Vegas to go get a GS before I ever return here

  Had a weird experience here. Went in to see a watch. They told me they had one in back but I wasn’t allowed to see it (it had a deposit for another customer). I told them my intention wasn’t to take it home today, but rather see it in person before ordering one. They told me no and that management would be very upset if he showed me.

  The staff at these watch stores are fantastic (Breitling, Tag Heuer, Grand Seiko). They provide excellent customer service, are always happy to answer any questions, and genuinely want to help. If you’re looking to buy a watch, I highly recommend visiting these stores. A+++ experience!

  Modest GS boutique. Ms. Russell was very informative, helpful, & attentive. NB, the store is located on the West side of Fashion Place Mall between the Tag Heuer & Breitling boutiques, near Nordstrom's. The Google Maps location is....well off the mark.
