We came for the Buckle and Sales Associates just looked at us and went back to their conversation of their planned weekend trip. Had to find someone and found the sweetest girl that really helped but unfortunately the store didn’t have anything stocked. It was a mess in there. Love the shopping area although ! Has everything and anything you need !!

I spent nearly an hour at Apple, only to walk away feeling disrespected, singled out, and completely let down. Chris treated my brother Frey and me in a way that felt dismissive, hostile, and unnecessarily harsh. As soon as it became clear that we are Latino, his tone and attitude felt different, and honestly, it left me questioning whether my background played a role in the way we were treated. No customer should ever leave an Apple Store wondering whether their ethnicity, accent, or background influenced the level of service or respect they received. During our conversation, Chris also told me that I was not explaining myself well in English. English is not my first language, and yes, I have an accent, but I know that I am capable of communicating and making myself understood in English. More importantly, it was obvious that Chris understood what I was saying. He responded directly to my questions, understood the issue I was explaining, and even offered me different options. Because of that, his comment about my English felt unnecessary, dismissive, and disrespectful. Having an accent should never be used as a reason to make a customer feel inferior or as though they are incapable of explaining themselves. The worst part of the experience was the warranty issue. I brought in a product that is still under warranty, with several months remaining before the warranty expires. At first, it seemed like the issue could be resolved and that I could receive help. Then Chris changed his position and personally refused to help me. He made his refusal extremely clear. He told me, essentially: “I don’t want to help you. Maybe one of the other technicians can help you, but I’m not going to do it. You can make an appointment with someone else and find someone else to help you, because I personally will not help you.” That statement is one of the most disturbing parts of this entire experience. This did not feel like a professional explanation of Apple’s warranty policy. It felt personal, hostile, and completely unnecessary. If another Apple technician could potentially help me with the exact same warranty issue, why was Chris so adamant that he personally would not help me? I then spoke with the manager. Initially, the manager appeared open and willing to help us resolve the situation. However, after Chris spoke with him, the manager’s position changed, and ultimately he was no longer willing to help us either. From my perspective, Chris’s rude, aggressive, and abusive attitude had a direct impact on how the entire situation was handled. Instead of de-escalating the situation and finding a professional solution for a customer with a product that is still under warranty, the situation became even more hostile and dismissive. Management did not step in to resolve the problem or make me feel that my concerns about Chris’s behavior and the way we were being treated were being taken seriously. We ultimately left the store without any solution. I came to Apple expecting professional service and a straightforward resolution for a product that is still within its warranty period. Instead, I left after nearly an hour without a resolution, feeling disrespected, singled out, and extremely disappointed. Apple presents itself as a global and inclusive brand. An experience like this completely undermines that image and damages the trust customers place in the Apple name. Customers should never have to question whether their ethnicity, accent, language, or background affects the level of respect or service they receive. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the same professional treatment, respect, and warranty consideration that any other customer should receive. This experience was unacceptable. I believe Chris’s conduct, his comments about my ability to communicate in English, his explicit refusal to help me personally, and the way management handled the situation after speaking with him all deserve to be seriously reviewed.

I was at the mall yesterday morning and I came across two dog poop remnants-- one by Down East and one by H&M. They really need to either clean their floors better or ban dogs. What if someone accidentally tracks poop all over because they aren't paying attention? Or what if someone slips, falls, and gets hurt?
